Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ADA Audit collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you request a free preview, purchase a report, contact support, or otherwise use this website.

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the ADA Audit landing website located at adaaudit.io and the related preview, checkout, order tracking, and report-delivery flows made available through that website.

This policy does not replace any separate written agreement you may enter into for managed remediation or custom services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and submission data: your email address, website URL, selected product, and preview token or order reference information.
  • Transaction and fulfillment data: purchase status, product type, order status, report token, download status, delivery timestamps, and support correspondence related to delivery.
  • Technical and anti-abuse data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, time zone, screen information, local storage visitor identifier, visitor fingerprint, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification data.
  • Analytics and site usage data: page visits, navigation events, and related telemetry collected through site analytics and hosting infrastructure.
  • Payment-related data: when you use checkout, payment processing is handled by Stripe or connected payment infrastructure. ADA Audit does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on this landing website.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card data, health information, or other sensitive confidential information through the landing-site forms unless ADA Audit expressly requests it through a separate secure workflow.

3. How We Use Information

  • To validate preview and checkout requests and prevent fraud, abuse, or bot traffic.
  • To create, queue, fulfill, deliver, and support previews, reports, and remediation plans.
  • To process payments, associate orders with submissions, and provide order tracking.
  • To communicate with you about your request, order, support issue, or delivery status.
  • To operate, maintain, improve, debug, and secure the website and related services.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, and protect ADA Audit, users, and third parties.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics, and Security Tools

ADA Audit uses browser storage and similar technologies for site operations, fraud prevention, and analytics. For example, the site may create a local visitor identifier and derive a visitor fingerprint from technical signals to help identify duplicate or abusive activity.

ADA Audit also uses third-party tooling for hosting, analytics, and anti-bot protection, including Vercel and Cloudflare Turnstile. Those providers may receive technical request data necessary to operate their services.

Blocking these technologies may interfere with preview requests, checkout, fraud screening, file delivery, or order lookup.

5. When We Share Information

ADA Audit may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers that help host, secure, analyze, process payments, or fulfill deliverables.
  • With backend or fulfillment systems used to generate previews, reports, and downloadable files.
  • When required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process.
  • To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our policies.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

ADA Audit does not publish your submitted website URL, email address, or order details for public marketing purposes merely because you used the service.

6. Data Retention

ADA Audit retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfill orders, maintain business and tax records, investigate fraud or disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce its policies.

Retention periods may vary by data type. Backup copies, logs, and archived records may persist for a period after active systems are updated or deleted.

7. Security

ADA Audit uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no website, storage environment, email workflow, or file delivery method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your Choices

  • You may choose not to submit a preview request or complete a purchase.
  • You may contact ADA Audit to request correction or deletion where reasonably available.
  • You may disable browser storage, but certain fraud-prevention, checkout, or fulfillment features may no longer work properly.

To make a privacy-related request, email support@adaaudit.io.

9. Submission Authority and Public Website Scanning

By submitting a website URL through ADA Audit, you represent that you are authorized to request assessment of that website or otherwise have a legitimate business reason to do so.

ADA Audit is intended for evaluation of publicly accessible web pages and related business workflows. Do not use the service to submit credentials, invade privacy, test systems without authorization, or direct ADA Audit toward unlawful or abusive purposes.

10. Children

This site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. If ADA Audit learns that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted through this website without appropriate authorization, it may delete that information.

11. International Use

ADA Audit is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.

12. Important Service Limitations

ADA Audit reports, previews, and remediation plans are informational deliverables intended to support accessibility assessment and remediation planning. They are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and do not guarantee WCAG conformance, ADA compliance, or immunity from complaints, demand letters, investigations, or lawsuits.

ADA Audit may rely on automated scanning, heuristics, third-party infrastructure, and user-submitted information. Reports may not identify every issue and should be treated as one input into a broader accessibility, legal, and engineering review process.

13. Changes to This Policy

ADA Audit may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page controls as of its stated “Last updated” date.
